IRON MAIDEN: Tonight's Show Cancelled!

January 27, 2004

The IRON MAIDEN show on Tuesday, January 27 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City has been cancelled due to an error in the confirmation of the venue between promoter Clear Channel Entertainment and the venue. "The band made every conceivable effort to reverse the scheduling error which would have allowed the fourth sold-out show of their four-night run to go ahead," reads a post on the band's web site.

"IRON MAIDEN is clearly extremely disappointed with this situation and greatly regret not being able to perform on Tuesday, especially as the first three nights have been such great shows to such terrific audiences.

"Clear Channel Entertainment very much regret the obvious inconvenience this cancellation has caused to IRON MAIDEN and their fans."

Refunds will be available at point of purchase.
